Welcoming two new members to the Watershed Watch team!
We are pleased to welcome two new members to the Watershed Watch Team, Anna Kemp and Charly Caproff.
Anna Kemp is our new Communications Manager. Anna is a communications specialist with a background in journalism, environmental writing and community engagement. In her most recent role, Anna was the Communications and Outreach Manager for Simon Fraser University’s Community Economic Development Programs and co-organizer of the first Hopeful Economics Summit in Vancouver. Anna is passionate about reconnecting to the natural world and building sustainable livelihoods.
Charly Caproff is our new Engagement Coordinator, responsible for Watershed Watch events, volunteer coordination, and campaign-specific work. Charly holds a Bachelor of Environment in Resource Environmental Management from Simon Fraser University. She is an energetic organizer who has launched and contributed to successful campaigns. She brings the skills, the experience and the energy required to mobilize communities to take meaningful action. She is thrilled to be part of a team that is making a meaningful difference in protecting our watersheds and to engage communities on the importance of healthy, resilient wild salmon populations.
